Position: Officer-Teller

Employment Status: Full-Time

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Start the collection process at counter opening hour.
Receiving bills and ensuring data entry in Systems for all the transactions.
At the end of the day, Teller will reconcile the total amount collected with total bills processed & send the confirmation to the reconcile server.
Make each transaction and upload to be verified with source documents to reconcile server & i payments with a chopper on the advice (Creating batches).
Teller will validate the EOD summary report & retain the documents with CC copy of the bill / advice will be sent to respective branches / companies.
Teller will ensure deposition of the collected cash to designated client branches and preserve deposited documents for future reference.
Communicating clients for confirmation of data transfer with the central server of the client.
Preparing necessary requisitions of revenue stamps, indents and delivering to the messenger.
Generating reports related to the collection centers and sending necessary reports to the clients and G4S concerned manager / control room.
Receive customer complaints and feedback (if any) and forward to the concerned.
