MORNING CLEANER - HEALTHCARE

 

Salary: £12.51 - £17.64 per hour

(After 4:00 till 06:00 £17.64 Per Hour)

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 04:00 and 12:00

Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE

 

About the Role:

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining an exceptional environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Excellence: Carrying out all assigned cleaning duties using checklists and making full use of guidance and training provided.

  • Cleaning Activities: Undertaking manual and mechanical cleaning tasks according to the set schedule.

  • Waste Management: Correctly collecting, segregating, and disposing of waste materials and replacing liners, following all policies.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Providing emergency and other ad hoc cleaning as required.

  • Safety Compliance: Always using appropriate work equipment and PPE, and reporting safety issues or accidents to your line manager.

Desirable 

  • Whilst experience in undertaking a range of cleaning duties is beneficial, it's not required as comprehensive training will be given. 

 

Candidates should possess sufficient English language skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
