Position: Receptionist
Location: Ballycummin, Limerick
Basic Pay: €16.71 per hour
Hours: 40
Days Covered: Monday - Friday
Schedule: 8am - 5pm
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

You will be a crucial part of the team, helping to provide peace of mind to clients and the communities you serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner
- Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post.
- Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
- Coordinate and deliver weekly Site Communications newsletter
- Manage and approve new mobile phone applications
- Provide Admin Support for HR function
- Responsible for Meeting Room Booking system
- Ad hoc project support for HR as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Personable, friendly, enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fluent English.
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experience
- Strong Microsoft suite skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
