Home Based role

Site: Preston, PR2 2YQ 

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 -17:30

£25,466.64 per annum

 

G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.  

The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders. 

To apply for our roles you don't necessarily need experience in Employability or Welfare to Work but you do need to be enthusiastic about understanding the industry, passionate about delivering quality and success and have the skill set to meet the requirements of the role.
 

About the Role

As Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a full administrative support service to the Restart contract, which will involve successful liaison with internal colleagues, stakeholders, supply chain and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming warm handover calls between local Jobcentres, Supply Chain Partners and Customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide an administrative support service to the wider business.
  • Process any change of circumstance notifications, ensuring that all relevant parties are notified of any changes.
  • Manage multiple mailboxes and ensure any queries are routed appropriately and continue to monitor their progress.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous inbound Contact Centre experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering high level Customer Service.
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail.
