Core responsibilities
Problem solving
Diagnosing complex technical faults and identifying the most efficient, long-term solutions while adhering to strict SLAs and KPIs.
Compliance & Safety
Working to the highest Health & Safety standards, ensuring all works meet regulatory requirements and site-specific policies.
Documentation
Maintaining accurate, real-time technical records and reports via PDA or service management systems to provide transparency to our clients.

¿Qué buscamos en ti? ¿Eres ingeniero en cualquier modalidad y cuentas con más de 2 año de experiencia como Ingeniero Junior ¡ Esta vacante es para ti!
¿Qué harás?
Revisar el mantenimiento realizado por los Técnicos
Realizar reunión de inicio y fin de mantenimientos preventivos con el cliente
Revisar y entregar el Informe de mantenimiento
Realizar las programaciones necesarias en cada uno de los sistemas de los clientes
Elaborar informes y reportes de novedades e incidentes.
Mantener comunicación constante con los supervisores de seguridad (si aplica) para el continuo monitoreo de rutas, eventos y novedades
Reportar las diferentes novedades Técnicas en el sistema
Corregir los problemas que puedan presentarse y atender los llamados para soportes urgentes de los clientes 6 Hacer la inspección del área de trabajo las herramientas y los EPP.Semanalmente o cuando le sea requerido presentar un informe realizar un informe sobre el estado del sistema soportado
