What we can offer you:
Salary: The base salary is £35,000 - £39,000 generous annual leave allowance plus other benefits.
Location: This role offers flexibility and can be a home worker or a hybrid role if you would like to work from our head office in London.
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for global operations? G4S is looking for a proactive Insurance Administrator to join our Group Insurance Department within the Legal Services Group.
The Role
As our Insurance Administrator, you won’t just be filing paperwork. You will support management in executing the Group’s international insurance strategy, bridging the gap between our corporate goals and business units across the globe.
This position reports directly to the Group Insurance Manager. You will gain unparalleled exposure to high-level legal and finance functions whilst supporting the management of complex, real-world risks in a fast-paced environment
Your responsibilities will include:
Global Collaboration: Schedule and coordinate quarterly catch-up calls with Legal and Finance leaders worldwide to review claims and premium trends. Prepare agendas, collate claim reports and prepare draft minutes.
Renewal Management: Assist with large-scale annual renewals using our bespoke RMIS system and help gather crucial data for Ex-Pat Medical Expenses policies. Verify required recharge of renewal premiums and annual adjustment premiums.
Policy & Incident Support: Issue insurance certificates, manage Cash in Transit incident logging, and monitor operating limits to keep our security operations running smoothly. Respond to Insurers and brokers requests for information.
Financial Administration: Take ownership of the invoicing lifecycle—from processing payments via Ariba to setting up new suppliers and managing account queries.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate who is as analytical as they are communicative. You should be someone who enjoys "connecting the dots" across different regions and time zones
Essential Requirements:
A-Level Education or equivalent standard.
Tech Savvy: Essential knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Google Workplace and RMIS systems is a major plus!
Industry Insight: Experience in the insurance or security industries is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: You are proactive, flexible, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with diverse global queries
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with an analytical mind-set.
