Job Summary
We are seeking responsible and alert Adhoc Security Officers to support security operations at a pharmaceutical facility on a temporary or as-needed basis. The role involves ensuring site safety, controlling access, and maintaining strict compliance with security and regulatory requirements typical of pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform access control duties (staff, visitors, contractors, and deliveries)
- Verify identification, permits, and authorization before granting entry
- Conduct security screening of personnel, bags, and vehicles where required
- Patrol the premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities or safety hazards
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels
- Safeguard sensitive areas such as laboratories, storage rooms, and production zones
- Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GMP guidelines)
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or breaches and escalate when necessary
- Assist in evacuation procedures, fire drills, and emergency response
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records
- Provide professional assistance to staff and visitors
