- Realización de visitas domiciliarias, ya sean presenciales o virtuales, adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente. Se lleva a cabo un análisis detallado del entorno residencial del evaluado, abordando aspectos como las condiciones socioeconómicas y la seguridad del sector donde reside, información familiar, situación financiera y relaciones interpersonales. El contratista se encargará de verificar la correspondencia entre la dirección registrada y la real, además de proporcionar referencias personales y del vecindario según sea necesario.
- Verificación de referencias laborales: se verifica el tiempo de trabajo y de inactividad según el requerimiento del cliente, se debe realizar con jefe inmediato y recursos humanos o nómina, en el proceso se debe obtener fechas de ingreso y de retiro, desempeño y motivos de retiro.
- Verificación de referencias académicas: formaciones como Bachiller, técnico, tecnólogo, profesional, especializaciones y formaciones en el exterior.
- Entrega de informe final en los tiempos establecidos: 3 días hábiles estudio completo, 2 días hábiles para Oficiales de Seguridad de G4S, 2 días hábiles procesos que incluyen únicamente visita domiciliaria (Esto pactado en un horario de oficina y con entrega a las 12:00 del medio día); tiempos sujetos a cambios de acuerdo a las novedades que con anticipación el CONTRATISTA debe reportar al CLIENTE ,, o en casos que el cliente requiera la entrega anticipada del informe final.
