Are you a high-calibre leader ready to take ownership of a major regional portfolio? As a Regional Area Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to create a safe environment for Tesco colleagues and customers. You aren't just managing a contract; you are a strategic partner helping one of the world’s largest retailers drive down risk and maximise commercial success.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Mobile Supervisors and work directly with senior Tesco stakeholders to turn high-level strategy into local results. You will be the face of our security operation, ensuring that every store in your region is a safe place to work and shop.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a key consultant to the Tesco Group Shrink and Security Partner (GSSP), shaping long-term risk strategies and commercial goals.
- Regional Leadership: Direct a high-performing team of Mobile Supervisors, ensuring they are expertly resourced, trained, and motivated to hit ambitious KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of proactive risk-reduction initiatives that protect colleague safety and significantly reduce stock loss.
- Data-Driven Action: Partner with our Crime Hub to turn intelligence into action, staying ahead of emerging trends and security threats.

- Expert Oversight: You’ll manage HR, Health & Safety, and insurance investigations with precision, ensuring we learn from every incident to prevent recurrence.
- Agility: Retail is fast-paced. You thrive on flexibility, adapting quickly to new operational requests and business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain senior-level relationships to align our service with Tesco’s evolving business needs.
- Monitor regional performance targets, including incident reporting and stock recovery figures.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, H&S legislation, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the wider TSS management team to constantly improve our service offering
