Service Desk Administrator

Compensation: €38,500
- Engineer Coordination: Plan and schedule reactive maintenance, routine servicing, and commissioning tasks in line with customer agreements.
- Incident Response: Handle incoming customer calls and emails, accurately diagnose problems, and dispatch the appropriate engineer.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a central communication point for Field Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Customers.
- Monitoring Integration: Collaborate with the external Monitoring Centre to handle system alerts and operational updates.
- Workflow Billing: Process engineers' work reports, manage purchase order (PO) requests, and generate accurate sales orders.
- Contract Management: Initiate, update, and maintain comprehensive records for all active customer service contracts.
- Documentation Management: Deliver necessary technical reports, compliance certifications, and project updates directly to customers.
- Business Intelligence: Extract system data to provide management with actionable reports for strategic and operational planning.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide backup administrative assistance and assist the broader sales and installation teams as required.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote the complete suite of G4S Secure Solutions security products and services to clients.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a confident phone manner.
- Organization: Proven planning, time management, and organizational skills to handle a busy workload.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational bottlenecks.
