En G4S estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Asistente administrativo y de compras para formar parte de nuestro equipo.

¿Qué harás?
Gestionar y coordinar procesos administrativos y contables.
Analizar y preparar estudios técnicos y financieros.
Utilizar macros en Excel para automatizar tareas.
Colaborar en la contabilidad general y el mantenimiento de registros.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia en roles administrativos y contables.
Conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas y macros en Excel.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinar con diferentes departamentos.
Estudios técnicos en carreras administrativas.
