Som kundeservicemedarbejder vil du være den første kontakt for vores interne og eksterne kunder og levere den højeste standard af fuld og omfattende kundesupport. Vores rolle er vigtig og af meget varieret karakter. Vi sikrer en problemfri kundeservice ved at yde en effektiv, velorganiseret og professionel assistance.

Du vil arbejde med vores kunder, hjælpe med deres spørgsmål, reklamationer og generelle forespørgsler via telefon, e-mail og andre kommunikationskanaler; yde administrativ og operationel support til virksomheden og koordinere med andre G4S-afdelinger for at give en kundeoplevelse af høj kvalitet.

THE ROLE
As a Station Enquiry Assistant, you will be helping people with a wide variety of enquiries, and supporting our customer with their needs. You will be part of our diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public facing office environment. You will benefit from our industry leading training, which all our Station Enquiry Assistants receive before their deployment. This training will help you develop skills and knowledge which you will be able to take forward with you throughout your working career, no matter what that shall entail. With ongoing support and development from your management team and colleagues, you will feel right at home at G4S.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As our ideal candidate, you should be a confident communicator, both written and verbally. You will be able to showcase your administrative and IT skills, and learn new bespoke software packages. Your ability to deal with challenging situations or complex individuals may also prove beneficial for you in this role. Your attention to detail will be imperative, as updating records and writing reports will be your bread and butter.  You should also be flexible to commute to various locations within a 30 mile radius, and in some locations there may be a requirement for you to work weekends and/or night shifts. 
You will need to provide us with your 5 year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
