We are seeking dynamic, experienced and specialist leaders to join our team as one of three Operations Supervisors. You will play a key role in developing and implementing this operational model within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and making direct contributions to community safety.

Internal Operations Management: Lead and manage all internal reporting procedures, conduct investigations against operational performance metrics, implement corrective actions and actively focus on improving reporting to minimise abatements. You will support and mentor Probationary Officers to successfully bridge the gap between training and on-the-floor application.
All Operations Supervisors are required to undertake the following as part of daily operations:
Workplace Management: Manage all rostering and scheduling using the UKG system, and undertake performance development of staff.
