Security Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective coverage and protection of the site.
• Implement security policies, procedures, and post orders in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and take corrective action.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure proper access control procedures are followed, including visitor and contractor management.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to security officers based on operational needs.
• Conduct shift briefings to update teams on site conditions, threats, and expectations.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and escalate serious matters to management or law enforcement if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incident logs, and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site.
• Assist in emergency response planning, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid assistance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High school/vocational school/equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor.
• Capable of leading and managing a security team effectively 
• Proficient in computer operations, especially for creating routine reports and documentation.
• Possess at least a Gada Madya certification.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with the team and relevant parties.
• Ability to analyze security situations and make quick and accurate decisions.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining high operational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to site security.
• Physically fit and able to work in a challenging environment.
• Able to coordinate with external parties (police, environmental agencies, relevant government bodies).
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
