About the role and team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G4S, working with our multinational, high profile finance client. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of security operations on site. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive and self-motivated leader. You will report directly to the G4S Security Operations Manager and will work closely with the clients leaders.

• Managing a team of security officers
• Providing security awareness and systems access training to all new employees
• Develop comprehensive security plans outlining strategies, procedures, and resources to mitigate identified risks.
• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on contract performance
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Demonstrable Incident response and management experience
• Assisting with rostering short falls and managing the submission of accurate timesheets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A
• Experience working with the Lenel and Genitec Security systems and Enterprise systems
• Experience providing evidence and attending audit meetings on physical security activities (ISO, PCI)
• Demonstrated staff management and positive interpersonal skills
