Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for security systems? G4S, as part of Allied Universal, the world's leading security services provider, is expanding its team in Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our Installations & Large Projects Team.
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex security projects. You'll coordinate people, processes, and resources to achieve on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and execution to completion
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and budgets
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Effectively communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders
Operational Excellence:
Optimize resource allocation and utilization
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Coordination:
Oversee the coordination of installation and commissioning of security systems
Manage subcontractor performance and quality
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the security or engineering sectors
Understanding of security systems and infrastructure networks (or a willingness to learn)
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Fluency in Greek and English
PMP or PRINCE II certification (Preferred)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
