Scheduling Manager

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for the efficient deployment of frontline security personnel across a diverse portfolio of client sites and events Nationally across the UK. This critical role ensures that the end to end process from Order to Cash is followed, that all contractual hours are met, staffing levels are optimised to reduce Brought in Labour spend and operational delivery remains seamless whilst adhering to business compliance and regulatory controls. 

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Deployment: Oversee the creation and maintenance of master schedules for frontline security personnel, ensuring 100% coverage of all contractual post and build compliance 

• System Management: Utilise internal labour scheduling system (Javelin) to manage shift rosters, absences, and input data for payroll and billing purposes.  Data aggregation tools to support analysis and performance of the team 

• Operational Planning: Support the business in planning and creating news business sites and requirements 

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as central point of contact for Operational Managers, site supervisors, regarding service requests, shift changes, and emergency coverage where necessary

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs including deployment shortfalls, margin erosion and other key metrics through the use of data tools

• Administrative management and Oversight for the team - Leave requests, Sickness, Absences, performance

• Compliance: Requirement builds are as per the specification and regulatory controls are in place as required

• Ensuring upstream and downstream processes are followed as required

• 2 years minimum experience in high volume scheduling environment
