Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator will be the primary point of contact for administrative tasks across the G4S Deployment & Operational systems suite and will also ensure internal and external customers receive an exemplary service regarding data information and reporting. The role is process -driven, focusing on ensuring all systems administration is accurate, up to date, and reflects real time operational changes. By maintaining platform integrity, the role ensures the wider operation functions at peak efficiency
Platform Administration; Act as the lead administrator for key platforms including but not limited to;
- Javelin
- DOMO
- Halo
Analytics and Reporting
- Manage the analytics queue in xx systems and respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner in line with internal service level agreements.
- Generate regular reports from multiple systems as required by the business
Operational Support:
- Work closely with the Operations Support Team to executive daily administration tasks, ensuring deployment data matches operational requirements

Process Compliance:
- Strictly follow and maintain established processes for user access, data entry, and system updates to ensure auditability and security.
- Ensuring data is sorted, processed and shared in line with GDPR regulations and compliance.
System Maintenance:
- Perform regular amendments where required to system records, such as site profiles, personnel details, and operational protocols.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks within the systems that may impact frontline operational efficiency.
Data Integrity
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date in real time to provide one version of the truth for management reporting and decision makin
- Review existing data in bespoke systems (Servicetrac) to ensure that site structure and branches are in line with the TSS site split, geographical structure, and change requests.
- Manage access, user setup, reporting and patrol details in bespoke systems (Servicetrac).
- Supporting the data warehouse (Insights) in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Identify and report (escalate to third parties where applicable) any technical concerns that interfere with data maintenance and reporting.
- Encourage good business practice and process with regards to all business data integrity.
- Training end-users on systems and demonstrating new reports and dashboards.
- When required, assist with the overflow of system changes and the caretaking of all site and employee data within Timegate, Servicetrac, Staff packs, PASS and Halo Service Desk. Complying meticulously with user guides/process manuals to complete tasks.
- Ensuring data is stored, processed and shared in line with GDPR regulations and compliance.
- Any other reasonable requests as required by your Line Manager.
