Cleaning Supervisor - Healthcare

CLEANING SUPERVISOR HEALTHCARE - PART TIME 

Salary: £13.36 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (25 hours per week). Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 20:00
Location: Norwich Community Hospital, Norwich, NR2 3TU

G4S Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and dedicated Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and maintain clean, safe, and supportive environments across multiple healthcare sites. A full UK Driving License is essential for travel between locations.

About The Role:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our cleaning services across the healthcare facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring all healthcare standards are met,directly leading your team, and keeping multi-site operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate your cleaning team ensuring their growth and success.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently met in a critical mental healthcare setting.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage stock, and maintain efficient operational flow across all sites.
• Problem-solve and promptly respond to feedback to guarantee the best service quality.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A full UK Driving License is essential 
• Proven prior cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial or healthcare environment.
• A strong ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team management and reporting.
• Reliability and conscientiousness, ensuring consistent standards
