Responsibilities:

To keep trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports to drive successful level of renewals contract; including dealing with customer complaints and follow-up
To prepare the contract renewal proposal and the related documentary works
To provide the potential or existing client a outstanding security service solutions and resolving challenges in a skillful way
To update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders

Requirements:

We welcome any fresh university graduates or candidates with less working experience
University graduate in any disciplines
Good presentation and communications skills
Proactive and well-organized characters
Good computer skills
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
