We’re looking for confident, highly capable Security Supervisors to join our team at The O2 on a flexible casual contract, with a view to progressing into a Manager role for those who can demonstrate previous management experience in a relevant sector or industry.

We’re looking for people who:

• Stay calm, confident and professional when things get busy

• Have excellent judgement and decision-making skills

• Are comfortable leading and supporting teams

• Can communicate confidently with colleagues, clients and the public

• Know how to manage challenging situations with tact and authority

• Take pride in delivering safe, well-run and enjoyable events

• Bring energy, maturity and a good sense of humour to the team

• Hold a valid DS SIA Licence, which is a requirement of the role, or be willing to acquire a licence (within the first 4 weeks of employment) if successful.

Extensive experience in high-stakes operational command, large-scale security operations, or venue security management is highly desirable.
