Security Officer

G4S are currently recruiting for an Security Officer, to join our team in Redhill, Surrey, working in a data centre! This role is a great opportunity to work in a corporate environment, dealing with members of the public and delivering excellent customer service. The site is an important service point for many customers, so the customer expectations are high and need someone who can meet their standards.    

We are looking for people who hold a Full UK Driving License and access to your own car.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours Per Week: 42 hours a week 
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, must be flexible to work any day Monday - Sunday and be happy to work both days and nights

SIA License Required: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding

Your Time at Work:

As a Security Officer your duties will include:

- Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols
- Conducting searches where required
- Patrolling the premises
- Dealing with security incidents and following up with the correct reports

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems. 

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
