Position:  Officer-Teller

Employment Status: Full-Time

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Start the collection process at counter opening hour.
• Receiving bills and ensuring data entry in Systems for all the transactions.
• At the end of the day, Teller will reconcile the total amount collected with total bills processed & send the confirmation to the reconcile server.
• Make each transaction and upload to be verified with source documents to reconcile server & i payments with a chopper on the advice (Creating batches).
• Teller will validate the EOD summary report & retain the documents with CC copy of the bill / advice will be sent to respective branches / companies.
• Teller will ensure deposition of the collected cash to designated client branches and preserve deposited documents for future reference.
• Communicating clients for confirmation of data transfer with the central server of the client.
• Preparing necessary requisitions of revenue stamps, indents and delivering to the messenger.
• Generating reports related to the collection centers and sending necessary reports to the clients and G4S concerned manager / control room.
• Receive customer complaints and feedback (if any) and forward to the concerned.

Requirements for the Position:

• Minimum Graduate

• Age 22 to 35 years
