• Strategic Partnership: Act as a key consultant to the Tesco Group Shrink and Security Partner (GSSP), shaping long-term risk strategies and commercial goals.
• Regional Leadership: Direct a high-performing team of Mobile Supervisors, ensuring they are expertly resourced, trained, and motivated to hit ambitious KPIs.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of proactive risk-reduction initiatives that protect colleague safety and significantly reduce stock loss.
• Data-Driven Action: Partner with our Crime Hub to turn intelligence into action, staying ahead of emerging trends and security threats.

• Commercial Acumen: You understand that security must be sustainable. You’ll look for ways to deliver world-class service more efficiently.
• People First Leadership: You manage with fairness and equity, ensuring your team is fully supported through performance reviews, training, and clear communication.
• Expert Oversight: You’ll manage HR, Health & Safety, and insurance investigations with precision, ensuring we learn from every incident to prevent recurrence.

• Monitor regional performance targets, including incident reporting and stock recovery figures.
