Job Title: Global Security Intelligence Analyst

Location: Dublin (Hybrid Role)
Position Type: Full-time, Salaried

Overview

Are you a sharp, analytical thinker with a passion for global affairs and corporate resilience? We are seeking aGlobal Security Intelligence Analyst to join our dedicated security team. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and report on global geopolitical events, operational risks, and travel hazards that could impact our international business operations and staff.

The ideal candidate will combine strong research skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable intelligence, helping to protect our global assets, traveling employees, and expatriates.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously track and analyze data from public and proprietary sources to identify emerging geopolitical, security, and operational risks.
Conduct country- and region-specific research to assign threat levels (low to high) based on variables like political stability, crime, terrorism, and natural disasters.
Prepare and disseminate high-quality briefings, presentations, and specialized analytical tools (such as maps, profiles, and link analysis) for client representatives and leadership.
Provide timely security alerts and intelligence updates to international travelers and expatriates, ensuring robust escalation protocols are in place for critical events.
Maintain critical internal databases, software tools, and an up-to-date global contact network for all client locations.
Assist site management and support incident command functions during emergency situations or security incidents.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of military, professional intelligence training, and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional or academic experience in research analysis and report development.
A solid understanding of industrial security procedures, global political issues, and the operational risks affecting international travel and logistics.
Experience working with security and travel-related databases, applications, and basic computer systems (including keyboarding and operating controls).

Core Competencies

Proven ability to interpret complex data, solve problems, and provide clear, strategic recommendations under tight deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of interacting professionally with diverse client stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain professional composure in fast-paced environments.
