Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

Salary: £50,441.00per annum

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UD

 

G4S Facilities Management is looking for a Soft Services Lead to assist the Head of Soft Services in overseeing Housekeeping services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and ensure positive client relations. They should have excellent knowledge of the contract and relevant KPIs. They will develop and support their team, improving staff utilisation through in-depth training and working with the Head of Soft Services to implement clear operating procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Manage resources to meet schedules and budgets
  • Offer advice and collaborate with the client on FM service delivery
  • Lead and develop a team to meet operational demands
  • Ensure staffing levels meet contractual requirements through robust procedures
  • Assist with budget management and reporting
  • Comply with health and safety policies
  • Assist with mobilizing new services
  • Coach and develop the housekeeping team
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors


The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

  • The ability to develop a quick and in-depth understanding of the contract requirements and obligations relating to the relevant service lines
  • The ability to allocate & monitor workloads according to the contract demands
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong people management skills
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilise corporate systems
