Main purpose of the position:

To facilitate all frontline development and training programs in support of all the business lines in the central region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering basic security officer training

  • Administering refresher training programs

  • Administering employee onboarding/induction programs

  • Planning and coordination of training activities

  • Producing monthly training reports

  • Assisting ad-hoc training projects

 

Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and certification 

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education

  • Those with relevant certification in Security Management will have an added advantage

  • Minimum of 2 years experience

 

Skills and Attributes

  • Must be highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision 

  • Be of sober habits

  • Good communication skills (written and spoken english)

  • Should have a high sense of maturity and willingness to work odd hours.

  • Innovation and Teamwork

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Must be proficient and conversant with microsoft office packages and google workspace and be able to operate other relevant appliances i.e. printers, scanners, cameras and projectors.
