CLIENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Location: London and Oxford
Hybrid with travel to sites around London and Oxford
Are you a proactive administrative professional with a "can-do" attitude? G4S Facilities Management are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to provide high-level operational and administrative support to our Director of Operations within the Health and Schools portfolio.
In this essential role, you will serve as a central point of contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams—including Commercial, HR, and Finance—and external stakeholders such as the Client and SPV. You will be instrumental in assisting the Director of Operations with the efficient delivery of services, ensuring that all contracts remain compliant with company policies and contractual requirements. Ultimately, your administrative and operational support will be a key driver in the smooth and successful operation of the account.
The successful candidate will be required to work from home, with 2 or 3 days per week travelling to sites in London and Oxford.
Core Responsibilities :

Reporting & Data Analysis: Create and manage comprehensive internal and client-facing reports and financial summaries to drive strategic decision-making.</p>

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary administrative point of contact, building robust relationships across the Health and Schools portfolio</p>

Operational Excellence: Support the Director of Operations in driving process efficiencies and maintaining operational consistency across all contracts.

Presentation Development: Strategically develop high-quality presentation materials for audiences up to Board level.

Meeting & Project Management: Coordinate high-level meetings—including preparing agendas and tracking actions—and provide confidential support on sensitive business initiatives</p>

Process Optimisation: Review and map business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance functional efficiency.

Safety & Wellbeing: Champion a culture of health, safety, and employee wellbeing across the operation</p>
Essential Criteria:

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organisation

Support Experience: Proven experience supporting a Senior Leadership Team

Workload Management: Ability to prioritise a high-volume, reactive workload and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

Discretion: An unwavering commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding proprietary data and business strategies
Desirable
-
Knowledge of Facilities Management (Hard/Soft services).

Understanding of service contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.

Advanced knowledge of Google Drive
