1 Realizar supervisión de puestos y personal de seguridad para asegurar un cumplimiento adecuado del servicio y las políticas de G4S y del cliente 2 Realizar análisis de riesgos, con alcance a Sedes, Procesos e Infraestructura 3 Evaluar el conocimiento del personal operativo frente a las consignas generales y particulares, así como las responsabilidades y roles del mismo personal en la mitigación de los riesgos y frente a planes de emergencia 4 Auditar y validar que el servicio se esté prestando bajo los compromisos de calidad operativa acordado. 5 Examinar de manera regular los sistemas operacionales existentes, recomendando cambios que mejoren la seguridad integral; ademas de presentar informes regularmente al comité de la Dirección 6 Presentar y tramitar ante las diferentes áreas de las Regionales, las necesidades de personal, logística, programación y administrativa para el cumplimiento de la ejecución del contrato, dejando evidencia de su gestión y seguimiento. 7 Controlar y supervisar las actividades de los agentes de reacción para el cumplimiento de los compromisos con el proyecto.
