Role Purpose

The Armed Escort is responsible for protecting high-value cargo, assets, personnel, and vehicles in transit. This critical role involves identifying potential security vulnerabilities, maintaining high situational awareness, and executing tactical defensive maneuvers to mitigate risks and secure transport routes.

Key Responsibilities

Secure Transit Operations: Escort and protect high-risk or high-value transport vehicles and personnel along designated routes.

Situational Awareness & Threat Assessment: Constantly monitor the environment to detect, assess, and respond to potential security threats.

Firearm Readiness & Tactical Defense: Maintain firearm readiness and deploy defensive tactical measures in compliance with legal frameworks and company protocols when under imminent threat.

Communication & Reporting: Maintain continuous radio communication with the control room, providing live route updates and reporting security incidents immediately.

Compliance & Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere strictly to National Road Traffic laws, PSIRA regulations, and internal G4S firearms and asset-protection policies.
