  • Sub-Contractor & Supplier Oversight: Audit supplier and sub-contractor performance against Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Lifecycle schedules to ensure cost control and high-quality SLAs.

  • Operational Scheduling & Delivery: Manage rosters and task plans so that all reactive and PPM tasks are delivered safely, on time, and within agreed contractual parameters.

  • Compliance & ISO Standards: Perform all duties in alignment with ISO standards, promoting safe working practices, leading Health & Safety toolbox talks, and maintaining a secure environment for all site users.

  • Reporting & Data Accuracy: Ensure the team actively and accurately records work on digital worksheets to enable precise performance analytics, demonstrate contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Highly proactive self-starter with exceptional time management, prioritization, and task planning skills.

  • Strong all-round technical skill set, coupled with a drive to continuously develop competencies in an active, safety-focused operational environment.
