Key Responsibilities (Internal purpose)

  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor computer screens, cameras, or alarm systems to track operations.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure safety equipment (alarms, interlocks) is active and report any breaches or hazards immediately.
  • Operational Control: Adjust process parameters and follow operating procedures during routine operations or emergencies.
  • Coordination: Act as the liaison between the control room and field operators, providing instructions and status reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain logs of operational data, incidents, and shift activities.
