DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE

Salary: £12.75 - £17.21 per hour

(After 8PM and before 6AM £17.21 Per Hour)

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 02:00

Location: Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, OX3 7LD

About the role:

This is a vital supervisory role where you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and coaching the cleaning services team to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the hospital. 

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and actively monitor the performance and output of the cleaning services team.

• Staff Management: Oversee shift and work patterns to efficiently meet fluctuating staff levels and operational demands.

• Customer Service: Respond effectively to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution.

• Stock Control: Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels, ensuring the team is always equipped to meet service requirements.

• Operational Support: Actively support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where operational needs require it.
