Position: Receptionist
Location: Ballycummin, Limerick
Basic Pay: €16.71 per hour
Hours: 40

Days Covered: Monday - Friday
Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

You will be a crucial part of the team, helping to provide peace of mind to clients and the communities you serve. 

What You’ll Do:

• Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner
• Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post.
• Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
• Coordinate and deliver weekly Site Communications newsletter
• Manage and approve new mobile phone applications
• Provide Admin Support for HR function
• Responsible for Meeting Room Booking system
• Ad hoc project support for HR as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Personable, friendly, enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Fluent English.
• Excellent organisational/time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experience
• Strong Microsoft suite skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
