Are you a strategic yet hands-on reward professional with a passion for global compensation? G4S is looking for a Senior Reward Manager – International to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will support the international business by ensuring our compensation frameworks are competitive, equitable, and perfectly aligned with our global business goals.

You will act as a key consultant to Regional HR Directors and country partners, driving the implementation of our global compensation philosophy across a diverse international landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the International CHRO and Global CHRO to align on company-wide compensation and benefits philosophy in line with company culture and business needs.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the annual merit and bonus review processes for the International business. Manage international mobility matters such as tax implications for the senior management team.

  • Job Architecture: Build and maintain scalable job evaluation methodologies within our global Job Architecture framework. Support the development of country-specific salary ranges.

  • Market Intelligence: Research and document key economic drivers influencing compensation decision-making. Develop market pricing for international positions and monitor economic drivers to ensure external competitiveness. Providing advice to management regarding compensation best practices, market trends

  • Specialised Projects: Support regional or global projects such as the review of incentive programs (short-term or long-term) and mandates such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

  • Leadership: Serve as a consultant to each Regional HRD or country’s HR partners and the business regarding the administration of country-specific compensation programs, Manage and mentor the International Reward Analyst. Work closely with HR business partners and recruiters on offers, promotions, and transfers.

  • Compliance: Work with internal partners and ensure compliance with reporting and global, federal, state, and local requirements. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness by monitoring business practices, legal requirements, economic indicators, and competitive practices

What we're looking for

  • Experienced: You bring at least seven (7) years of progressive compensation experience, ideally across multiple countries in both private and listed environments.

  • Technically Proficient: Strong hands-on global functional experience and knowledge base of all aspects of compensation (base, bonus, incentives), executive, non-qualified, deferred compensation, and, ideally, equity administration for multiple countries.

  • Analytical: Must have strong experience with benchmarking positions and pay across multiple countries. You possess advanced Excel skills and a highly process-oriented mindset.

  • A Strong Communicator: Must be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. You can deliver compelling presentations to executive management and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

  • Proactive & Flexible: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple competing deadlines with ease.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive materials with the strictest confidence.

  • Must be willing and able to travel; international travel may be required.

  • Specialised training in global compensation administration is a significant plus.
