Job Title: Security Supervisor

Total Vacancies: 10 Positions

Monthly Gross Salary: ₹23,500/- per month

Job Type: Rotational Shifts

Location: Pune

Job Overview

We are seeking 10 disciplined, proactive, and responsible Security Supervisors to lead on-ground security teams, oversee daily post operations, and enforce safety and access protocols. The ideal candidate will bridge on-ground guard personnel and facility management to maintain strict security across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Shift Management: Manage guard deployment, conduct daily roll-calls (briefing and debriefing), oversee shift handovers, and allocate gate, perimeter, and patrolling duties.

Access Control & Material Movement Oversight: Supervise main gate operations, verify visitor/contractor entries, and ensure strict compliance with inward/outward returnable and non-returnable gate pass (RGP/NRGP) documentation.

Patrols & Post Audits: Conduct random daytime and nighttime inspections of guard posts, perimeter lighting, emergency exits, and firefighting equipment.

Incident Management & Reporting: Respond immediately to security breaches, trespassing, medical emergencies, or workplace disputes; submit detailed First Information Reports (FIR/Incident Reports) to the Security Officer/Facility Manager.

Surveillance Supervision: Monitor CCTV operational readiness, verify guard adherence to radio/intercom communications, and report hardware faults promptly.

Training & Discipline: Ensure guards wear clean uniforms, follow turnout standards, and adhere to code of conduct policies; conduct basic fire-safety and emergency drill refreshers.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Minimum Height	5 ft 6 inch
Experience	1 to 3 years of experience as a Senior Guard, Head Guard, or Security Supervisor (Ex-Servicemen / Paramilitary personnel strongly preferred)
Physical Fitness	High physical stamina, active command presence, and clear medical health
