PROJECT MANAGER
Salary: £50,000 - £60,00 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm
Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE with travel to other sites when required
G4S Facilities Management are looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead planned and reactive Lifecycle Projects across Oxford and surrounding areas. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to handover, ensuring delivery meets all client programs and requirements.
Core Responsibilities :
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:</p>

Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and company reputation.

Act as a role model for project management best practices, both technically and behaviorally.

Monitor team capacity and supply chain performance to meet business-critical deadlines and priorities.
Project & Lifecycle Management</p>
-
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: from initial brief and specification to final installation and handover.

Collaborate with the Lifecycle Team to develop annual and five-year Lifecycle Plans.

Oversee the delivery of Major Project Works and additional programs in line with client requirements.
Procurement & Governance:</p>

Manage the full tender process: including documentation, analysis, and sub-trader appointment recommendations.

Ensure all works comply with CDM, Health & Safety (H&S), and G4S FM governance standards.</p>

Provide timely, professional reporting to stakeholders to ensure effective project monitoring and control.
Essential Criteria
-
Project Leadership: Proven experience managing client-facing project services across a diverse, multi-site Total Facilities Management (TFM) portfolio.

Technical Compliance: Strong working knowledge of CDM regulations and IOSH certification.

Contractual Expertise: Solid understanding of model contract forms, including JCT, NEC, and GC Works.

Financial & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and commercial awareness.</p>

Health & Safety: Proven track record of leading H&S and welfare standards for both internal works and third-party contractors.</p>

Quality Control: Experience in rigorous quality monitoring and project delivery oversight.
Desirable

Professional Accreditation: CIOB or RICS accreditation is highly preferred.

Strategic Relationship Management: Ability to integrate project, business, and relationship management skills to effectively facilitate diverse stakeholder groups.

Contract Administration: Experience developing detailed proposals, contracts, works variations, and final accounts.

Site Oversight: Practical experience in site monitoring, including rigorous installation inspections and measurement.
