Salary: € 50,000.00-58,000.00 experience depending

Position Profile

This is a new individual contributor role designed to work across the Surveillance, Case, and Video Evidence Management team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position includes a seat on the Ireland SMT. Key responsibilities include working within the existing Surveillance team to manage, observe, and identify best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes

  - Implement a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Surveillance department.

  - Maximize team productivity, ROI, and compliance.

  - Assist with projected billing, rotas, fleet, equipment, and employee management.

  - Support case management, client engagement, sales, recruitment, and staff development.

  - Assist with the integration of Partnerlink, Cog, and Technology Systems.

  - Deputize for the Surveillance Operations Manager during absences, including out-of-hours communications.

  - Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, the Private Security Authority, and ISO 27001.

  - Attend court and provide evidence when required.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

  - 10+ years of experience in Surveillance and/or Licensed Controlled Services.

  - Strong leadership, people management, customer focus, and negotiation skills.

  - Proven history of setting up new functions and building collaborative teams.

  - Understanding of providing evidence as a service to clients.

  - Full Driver's License.
