THE CHALLENGE
You will be responsible for driving sustainable profitability, digital integration, and world-class safety standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
● Strategic Growth & P&L: Full accountability for the Business Unit income statement. Shift from "revenue
chasing" to margin-rich, value-added contracts.
● Tech-Augmentation: Lead the shift toward "Integrated Security Solutions"—combining physical guards with
surveillance, drones, and real-time data analytics.
● Operational Excellence: Implement the Global Operating Model to ensure service consistency across all
districts in Malawi.
● Zero-Harm Culture: Personal accountability for the safety of thousands of employees, ensuring 100%
compliance with international OHS standards.
● Leadership Pipeline: Build a high-performance culture with a focus on gender diversity and local talent
development.
THE IDEAL PROFILE
● Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an added
advantage.
● Experience: 5+ years in senior management within a high-volume service industry (Security, Logistics, or
FM).
● Mindset: A transformational leader who views security as a data-driven service, not a commodity.
● Skills: High Digital Fluency (AI/IoT), Emotional Intelligence, and Strategic Labor Relations.
