Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for security systems? G4S, as part of Allied Universal, the world's leading security services provider, is expanding its team in Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our Installations & Large Projects Team.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex security projects. You'll coordinate people, processes, and resources to achieve on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and execution to completion

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and budgets

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks

  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Effectively communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders

• Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordination:

  • Oversee the coordination of installation and commissioning of security systems

  • Manage subcontractor performance and quality

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the security or engineering sectors

• Understanding of security systems and infrastructure networks (or a willingness to learn)

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

• Fluency in Greek and English

• PMP or PRINCE II certification (Preferred)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
