Deputy Shift Supervisor

Salary: From £43,835.00 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week [2 days on (12 hours 7am to 7pm) 2 nights (7pm  to 7am) followed by 4 days off]

Location: Cheltenham

 About the Role:

As a Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our prestigious site in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and cover as required for the Shift Supervisor

  • Manage the completion of planned maintenance tasks.

  • Allocate and oversee reactive works, ensuring minimal downtime for building occupants

  • Assist with managing site contractors, coordinating work and carrying out Safety checks

  • Help diagnose issues early to ensure minimal lost time

  • Monitor the Building Management System 

 

Job Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 Electrical Award

  • NVQ 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing

  • Previous FM experience is advantageous
