• Used different tools to check invoices and receipt for further clarification
• Maintained MIS of the invoices processed in daily basis
• Daily coordination with team regarding invoices exceptions
• Prioritized processing of urgent/aging invoices
• Adhered to client SLA (Service Level Agreement) and timelines
