School Cleaning Supervisor

SCHOOL CLEANING SUPERVISOR 

Salary: £12.71 per hour 

Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 3pm and 7pm

Location: Abbeyfield School, chippenham

About the role:

As a Cleaning supervisor, your responsibility will be to plan, supervise and control the day to day cleaning services. You will work closely with a team and strictly follow established standard operating procedures to consistently meet all service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and monitor the cleaning services team.

• Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels.

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

• Support the team with cleaning duties where required.

Essential;

• Previous cleaning and people management experience
• Previous customer focused environment
• COSHH Awareness

Desirable;

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent
• Cleaning equipment and product awareness 
• Understanding of safety and sanitation standards and guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge of successful cleaning crew management.
