The Purchase Order Administrator will primarily responsible for commercial and contract administration functions in providing

comprehensive, effective and efficient support to all areasof the Fire & Security (UK) Company


What you will be doing


Do you have great communication and administration skills as we need to ensure that the company’s contractual records are professionally

maintained and safely stored. You will be liaising with Department Managers to assist correct resolution of amendments to the service

database and Contract Changes. Processing of all amendments to the contractual database in a timely and accurate manner.

 


You will need excellent time management skills as the accurate and timely creation of all types all of invoices and credit notes along with

the timely and accurate handing over of contracts and subsequent invoicing is essential to this position. You will be required to resolve queries

for the Credit Control Team and contract changes for Regional Engineer Manager when required.

 

What we are looking for


You will need to be Fluent in written and spoken English with a logical and numerical aptitude.
With an understanding of commonly used office packages along with a strong for detail.
