GPA Account Director

We have a new exciting opportunity for a  GPA Account Director  to join our team. 

The role will require experience of delivery of a high standard of operational delivery, meeting or exceeding Bid pledges and GPA KPIs SLAs.

Complete compliance with GPA and Government requirements, especially security of information and security clearances, and 100% adherence to the G4S Government Contract Playbook.

Delivery of Financial/Commercial budget, which will tie exactly to the contract margins as agreed in the Bid, ensuring that records are transparent and spending is controlled.

This opportunity is a mixture of home and field-based. Account Management responsibilities extend to the work being delivered in the North, Scotland and other regions.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all operational teams are thoroughly familiar with the standards and requirements, and are delivering to these.

• That the GPA client is comfortable in where to go for general requests, queries or complaints, and receives a positive and practical response.

• To ensure that the management accounts correctly represent the agreed contract price margin, and working with other team members, honestly allocate management costs to GPA/non-GPA activities.

• Liaise with senior GPA Security and GPA Workplace Services teams on a weekly basis, foreseeing changes in requirements.

• Leading the Account Management Team, and dotted line reports (Regional) to ensure a joined-up team approach.

• Ensure as far as possible cordial relationships with Unions and other employee representation Groups. 

• Lead the Sustainability & Social Value programme by example.

Location: Hybrid for Central London, The North & Scotland
