Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the seniority of the role and in compliance with company remuneration policy and practice.


Role Responsibility:

  • Create pricing templates and update pricing templates to reflect costs for rendering services. 
  • Participates in the costing and pricing of tenders, driving robust conversations around price point in market vs cost to deliver service
  • Maintain price book for every country in the Africa Region
  • Drive in-country pricing capability build
  • Support in-country teams to convert pricing models into pricing submission workbooks, as specified by various customers 
  • Supporting the Commercial Director with ad hoc projects as required 
  • Coordinate liaisons between stakeholders including, relevant team members, subcontractors and professional advisors to price proposals.
  • Elevate pricing and commercial insights through the analysis of bid win/loss themes
  • Provide strategic direction related to commercial pricing principles for the Region
  • Provide ongoing insights into operational excellence to help drive margin growth in the Region
  • Determine and manage pricing and costing benchmarks for services that G4S renders
  • Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.
  • Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
  • Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
  • Discuss all safety incidents on all levels
  • Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
  • Attend safety education and refresher programmes
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
  • Distribute safety information as and when required
