ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Salary: £39,829 - £41,820 annum (Plus a call out fee of £150.00 per week)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7am - 3pm or 10:30am - 7pm and required to be on call out 1 out of 7 days.

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Electrical Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Oxford.
We are seeking a friendly individual to join our team. The role involves delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance to LV electrical systems, carrying out installation, inspection, and testing as needed. Responding promptly to incidents is vital to minimize business disruption.
Responsibilities

Undertake all work to a high standard whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders.

Undertake all works in accordance with the SLA and KPIs, site policies, Health and Safety rules and regulations.

Respond to defects, faults and client requests and work with others to identify root causes of breakdowns and faults.

Maintain and update records including logbooks relating to statutory inspections.

Identify, and arrange for the requisition of materials in support of assigned maintenance work orders.

Oversee and escort contractors where required, ensuring their work is satisfactorily completed in line with risk assessments, method statements and contract SLAs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential
-
Detailed knowledge of installed building engineering services.

NVQ Level 3 (JIB Gold Card criteria met).
-
18th Edition & LVCP Appointment.
-
Electrical Isolation and Safety understanding.
-
Google and MS familiarity.
-
At least 5 years minimum experience of building and facilities maintenance
