Property management covers a wide area of responsibility and the roles can be extremely varied. As a global business, G4S owns or leases hundreds of buildings across the globe, and as a property manager your remit is likely to include: playing a key role in the buying and selling process of property, property development, managing budgets, maintaining records, surveying, health and safety, and managing building maintenance and repairs. 

Ultimately, it is your job to see that the property or properties you manage are run smoothly, comply with all regulations, that everything functions as it should and that it provides a safe and comfortable environment for our employees. Roles in property include: Site Manager, Facilities Manager, Engineer, Property Consultant or Surveyor.
