About the role and team

We're looking for experienced Officers to join our team who have excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills, with the ability to be trained in multiple roles across our various corporate contracts in the Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs. Rosters vary from 24/7 to Monday-Friday 0700-1900. Control room, Concierge, Badging and Static/Patrol duties and responsibilities

In the role you will:

• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarms
• Manage access cards, including issue of new cards and temporary passes, and regularly audit passes
• Manage incidents and events that occur, including emergency situations where support and guidance is required
• Complete reports on our client's systems and assist with all incident reporting with the Site Managers
• Assist with staff security enquiries
• Answer and respond to all incoming calls for both regular and emergency calls.
• Use standard computer systems such as the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Microsoft Word.
• Conduct building patrols to identify security risks and technical faults
• Be an emergency warden while on site

What we're looking for

• Control Room Endorsement
• Customer service focus with a high level of communication and the ability to build rapport
• Holder of a current NSW Security License
• Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
• Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
• Excellent communication skills
• NV1 clearance (desirable, not required)
• Experience with access control systems such as Gallagher, Honeywell, or Lenel (desirable, not required)
