Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Operations Manager. The job location is in East Midland. The job holder will be responsible for the effective management of a geographically dispersed portfolio of customer contracts and assignments across the operational area. 

Candidate Criteria:

• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining security standards.

• Experience of leading a team that is motivated and committed, identifying and addressing any potential issues at an early stage.

• An ability to communicate at all levels and to build effective relationships

• Proven ability to drive change that delivers positive benefits.

• Security industry knowledge preferred, but not essential as applicants with extensive experience in facilities and/or hospitality industry will be considered.

• Sound operational skills and commercial acumen are essential.

• The ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional customer service, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to manage and develop employees.

The Ideal Candidate:

A polite, intelligent and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and professional experience in the private security industry, preferably in manned guarding. Knowledge of G4S MI Systems and internal scheduling procedures a distinct advantage.
